COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (AP) - Authorities say two teens have been charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after they allegedly tossed construction cones and other objects at cars on Interstate 29 in western Iowa.

Missing Teens Found

Missing teens Ashley Booth and Amanda Slade have been found. Sixteen year old Ashley Booth, who has been missing since August 21st, was located in California. She is in protective custody, and Williston police have arranged for her trip back to North Dakota.
