How do you use Crest White Strips without having contact with your saliva?
I've been using them for a week now and find it really hard to keep my saliva away from the strips and not swallowing.

LOLA GIRL,
THERE IS NO WAY TO AVOID D SALIVA FROM COMING INTO CONTACT WITH THE WHITE STRIPS. SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP A LOT IS DRYING THE TEETH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WITH A PAPER TOWEL BEFORE THE STRIPS ARE APPLIED TO THE TEETH. SINCE THE SALIVA IS BOUND TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE TEETH, AVOID TALKING A LOT. THEY ARE ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR ANYWAY.
